About the Role

We’re looking for a full-time physiotherapist to join our collaborative and supportive team. This role includes a key position providing physiotherapy for the GWS Giants Academy, with dedicated hours each week:

• Tuesday’s & Thursday’s: 4 hours each (total 8 hours/week) with the GWS Giants Academy

• Remaining hours spent in our modern, well-resourced clinic

• This can be negotiated for the right candidate

• Option to include Saturday sports coverage, which brings additional exposure for professional development and financial compensation. However, this is not a specific requirement for this role.

Your caseload will be varied, treating a mix of private, post-operative, athletic, and compensable patients with full administrative support. Initially, our successful candidate will have a manageable case load, supporting the transition in to our clinic. Responsibility will then be required to maintain and build your case load by utilising pre-established referral pathways.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years clinical experience preferred, or

• New graduate or 1+ year with strong sports coverage experience considered

• A proactive, self-motivated clinician with:

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Initiative, proactiveness and accountability

  • A team-first mindset and a passion for helping others

• Experience or interest in sports physiotherapy and orthopaedics
