Physiotherapist (Contract Role)

Eastern Suburbs Rugby Union is looking for an enthusiastic Physiotherapist to provide match day care for our Women’s XV team.

Hours: Saturdays, various times. 4 hours weekly.

Employment Terms: 22nd March, 2025 - August 2025

Contractor Position: This is an independent contractor role, not an employed position. The successful applicant will require their own ABN and be responsible for their own insurance and tax obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

• All match day care for the Women’s XV including pre game preparation, sideline management and post game triage.
• Coordination of care in liaison with Club doctors and medical staff.
• Communication with coaching staff and performance staff regarding athlete health status, training status, and load management to support collective decision making.

Essential:

• Physiotherapy qualifications and current AHPRA registration
• Working with Children Check
• Professional indemnity insurance
• Current first aid certificate
• Prior experience in contact sport

Desirable:

• Immediate Care in Rugby level 2/3
• Drivers license
