Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a range of welding tasks (MIG, TIG, and Arc) on various steel grades and aluminum materials.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to execute projects accurately.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet deadlines and production goals.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the workplace.
• Follow safety regulations and adhere to company policies at all times.

  
Skills and Experience:

• Demonstrated experience as a welder in a relevant environment, such as mining or fabrication (minimum experience preferred).
• Expertise in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques.
• High attention to detail with a focus on delivering quality outcomes.
• A strong work ethic and a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
• Relevant welding certifications (highly regarded but not essential).
• Forklift and overhead crane tickets are a bonus but not mandatory.
