Task & Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels while minimizing wastage. Monitor and implement service standards in line with Pizza Hut's customer service policies.
- Manage inventory orders and local supplier relationships as needed. Execute local marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns, adhering to corporate pricing strategies.
- Implement corporate advertising campaigns and coordinate local marketing efforts to drive customer traffic and increase sales.
- Promote upselling and suggestive selling techniques to team members. Occasionally assist customers directly to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, daily sales reports, and financial reconciliations to ensure operational efficiency.
- Manage the store’s profit and loss, prepare financial reports, and monitor performance against sales targets.
- Recruit, train, and supervise employees. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to build a strong team.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and food hygiene standards in accordance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Maintain customer relationships and handle customer complaints according to the brand guidelines.
- Ensure the store passes ACE audit and council inspections.
Qualification & Experience
- Experience in retail management, preferably in the food service or quick-service restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Understanding of financial management, including budgeting and reporting.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Relevant qualifications in retail, hospitality, or business management are preferred.
