Love detail? Obsessed with clean paperwork? You’ll fit right in.

At CPS, the Plant Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring every inspection starts right — with complete, accurate, and well-prepared documentation.

We see what matters — the overlooked fault, the missing document, the silent risk — and we act before it becomes a problem.
When we do this well, people go home safe, projects stay on track, and the industry gets just a little more serious about doing things properly.
We don’t just inspect. We protect.
We don’t just report. We shape outcomes.
We see what matters — because what we do matters.

As a Plant Administrator, you’ll be part of that mission — ensuring that the right information is in place, the right standards are met, and the team can move confidently into every inspection.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Reviewing plant and equipment documentation (service documentation, risk assessments, compliance records)

  • Identifying and flagging missing or inconsistent documentation

  • Preparing detailed work orders ready for the assessor and invoicing team

  • Uploading documentation into the CPS system with accuracy and structure

  • Communicating with clients to clarify missing or unclear documents

  • Ensuring every job starts with the correct information, clearly documented

Accountabilities
  • Work orders are accurate, complete, and invoicing-ready

  • Documentation is reviewed before the inspection is planned

  • Missing information is flagged early, clearly, and resolved quickly

  • CPS systems are updated consistently and correctly

  • Clients are informed of gaps or required updates with professionalism

  • You uphold CPS values: clarity, consistency, and teamwork

You’ll Be Right For This If You:
  • Have service administration experience and exposure to mobile plant or vehicle operations

  • Are comfortable reviewing plant documentation and safety paperwork

  • Enjoy detail — and hate letting things slip through the cracks

  • Communicate clearly and respectfully, especially when chasing up missing info

  • Like structured work, tidy systems, and clean documentation

  • Want to support a team that’s serious about plant safety and reliability

Where This Can Go

This role sets you up to move deeper into inspection operations — coordinating fieldwork, managing plant readiness, and helping deliver inspections that keep projects safe, compliant, and on track.
