With continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Plasterer / Ceilings and Partitions candidate to join our onsite team!

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Plasterer / Ceilings and Partitions candidate who takes pride in their workmanship and with the skills to consistently deliver high-quality finishes. You will work across a wide variety of commercial projects, spanning from property management portfolios, educational projects, refurbishments, office fit-outs, as well as State and Local government projects and private sector business projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Measuring surface areas to determine required plaster layout.

• Framing and sheeting for a wide range of building projects.

• Setting and finishing to a high standard, including trims and beads.

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and other project documentation.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet required deadlines whilst maintaining high quality.

• Ability to communicate effectively with Project Managers and other onsite trade team members and other contractors as required.

• Participate in site meetings and assist in reporting project progress.

• Maintain a safe and clean worksite, adhering to all required OH&S regulations and compliance requirements on-site.

• Collaborate with other onsite trade team members, management, subcontractors, and consultants.

• Support problem-solving efforts and assist with risk mitigation and cost strategies.

 Key Requirements

• Strong plastering skills with attention to surface preparation, application, and finishing ready for painting.

• Demonstrated experience in sheeting, setting, and framing.

• High level of attention to detail and pride in workmanship to deliver consistency in quality.

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.

• QLD Workplace Health and Safety Construction White Card.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

• Valid QLD driver’s license and full working rights in Australia.
