About the Role

Our Clients & Markets team is expanding and we’re looking for a Platforms Marketing Manager to join our vast community of solvers. The Clients & Markets brings our purpose to life by delivering targeted go-to-market strategies that drive qualified client interest and measurable value to the firm.

You’ll help solve complex problems by using your skills in:

  • B2B Marketing and B2B campaign
  • End-to-end Marketing Strategy creation
  • Influencing Senior Stakeholders
  • Interpersonal and communication skills

In our Clients & Markets team, your impact will be seen by:

  • Implementing integrated campaigns within the strategy to position for growth and generate demand, ensuring they are delivered on time and on budget
  • Developing and executing activity across multiple marketing channels: sponsorships, events, digital, social media, thought leadership, podcasts, blogs, video, web
  • Critically reviewing propositions, content and copy for thought leadership, collateral and web for consistency, tone of voice and relevance for the target audience
  • Developing marketing & sales enablement initiatives that support business priorities, solve client challenges and drive business performance
  • Synthesizing information from multiple sources as inputs to strategic development. Use data to inform marketing strategy and create clear commercial connections between business strategy and marketing
  • Having strong written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical content for external multiple channels (incl webcopy/eDMs/event invites/social media posts)
  • Being responsible for assessing return on investment of all marketing activity, leveraging insights to inform future strategy activities
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships inside PwC with marketing colleagues, Industry drivers, priority account teams and global counterparts - understand their evolving needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Being the champion of our client-first one firm strategic marketing approach, collaborating with fellow marketers across Industries, Platforms/ Growth Priorities and Businesses to achieve a coherent PwC presence in the market
  • Embracing agility and be responsive to support evolving needs of PwC and market dynamics
  • Ensuring all brand, risk & legal compliance and marketing governance is adhered to
  • Being the champion of the PwC’s brand by leveraging the visual and verbal expression and future brand positioning strategies

More About You

  • You have strong B2B marketing experience
  • You are able to showcase full funnel B2B campaign experience from content and thought leadership-led campaigns through to demand generation
  • You have experience on end-to-end marketing strategy creation
  • You have a bachelor's Degree required in business, marketing or communications
  • You are a connector, having previously worked in matrix organisations, who proactively “join the dots” across Industry, Business and Growth Priorities
  • You have experience with integrating business performance and marketing analytics to demonstrate ROI
  • You effectively operate and influence senior stakeholders (C suite leadership team level)
  • You thrive on working in an intense, deliverable-driven and deadline-driven environment
  • You have solid interpersonal and communication skills in both written and verbal form
  • You have an agile mindset with the openness and willingness to work in a dynamic environment
  • Professional services experience is desirable
