Plumbing Supervisor

About the Role 

We are based in Rockhampton, Mackay and Townsville and currently have a vacancy for an experienced Plumbing Supervisor to join our team in the Mackay area. This position is full time Monday to Friday 7:00am to 4:30pm.

Your duties will include but not be limited to: 

• Oversee quoting, pricing structures and job margins

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations & best practices

• Maintain equipment, stock levels, and supplier relationships

• Support, mentor & train employees at a high standard

• Collaborate with office staff to maintain smooth workflow and resolve issues

• Daily liaison with the team and foster a positive and productive team culture

• Ensure that all executed jobs align to our mission statement, vision, and values

About You

You are required to have the following but not limited to:

• Proven work experience as a Plumber supervisor

• Strong leadership and management skills

• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
