We're now looking for a Program Coordinator to help us deliver on this strategic transformation. About The Role As PMO Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the execution and coordination of multiple projects within the One Endeavour (OE) transformation. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget by facilitating communication, tracking progress, and managing governance processes. You will work closely with project teams, senior leadership, and stakeholders to provide administrative and operational support across the program. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and track program and project activities, ensuring alignment with milestones and goalsProvide administrative support to the Head of PMO and Program DirectorMaintain RAIDD registers (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies, Decisions) and program artifactsPrepare high-quality program documentation, including meeting agendas, minutes, and reportsMonitor and escalate risks and issues, supporting mitigation plansFacilitate stakeholder engagement by ensuring clear communication and alignment across teamsAssist with resource tracking, ensuring effective allocation and utilisation What do we need from you What You’ll Bring 3-5 years of experience in program or project coordination, ideally in IT transformation or system migrationStrong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience with RAIDD registers and governance processesProficiency in project management tools (PPM, MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet) and Google SuiteExcellent communication, time management, and stakeholder engagement skills What's in it for you?
