about the role:

• Install pool plumbing systems from the ground up using PVC pressure pipe—no flexi bodge, no guessing.

• Work on new builds —residential and commercial around the Sunshine Coast

• Read plans and levels like a pro—setouts, invert levels, equipment locations and set-out, all clean and accurate.

• Coordinate with site supervisors, project managers, and sparkies to keep sequencing tight and efficient.

• Lay out and solvent weld pipework with zero leaks, zero rework.

• Pressure test and commission systems to ensure everything’s running spot-on before handover.

• Manage your tools, time, and stock like a tradesman who gives a damn.

• Be part of a values-led crew that shows up, backs each other, and delivers every day.

who’s this for?

• You’re a plumber with 5+ years’ experience—preferably with pools or civil-style pipework.

• You’ve worked with PVC pressure pipe—end-to-end from trenching to glue-up and testing.

• You’re not a whinger, but you’ve got standards and take pride in clean, reliable installs.

• You turn up on time, gear ready, and don’t need someone holding your hand.

• You know how to read a plan, solve a problem, and keep moving even when things get tricky.

• You’ve got your own tools (or close to it), a licence, a white card, and a solid pair of work boots.

• You’re fit and ready to work outdoors—it’s not always pretty, but that’s the job.

• You don’t ghost the crew, leave a mess, or duck out early when no one’s watching.

• You’ve been on high-end or custom jobs before and know how to represent yourself around clients and builders.
