Key Responsibilities
    •    Perform comprehensive pool cleaning: vacuuming, skimming, brushing, and balancing water chemistry.
    •    Inspect and maintain pool equipment to ensure proper operation.
    •    Use mobile technology to log service visits, manage your schedule, and stay in touch with the team.
    •    Communicate clearly with clients about pool care, maintenance tips, and service options.
    •    Identify and suggest additional products or services—earn bonuses for successful referrals or sales.

Qualifications and Skills
    •    Experience: Previous pool cleaning and maintenance experience is required.
    •    Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and committed to delivering quality service.
    •    Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using mobile apps for scheduling and communication.
    •    Sales Skills: Friendly and professional with a talent for upselling when appropriate.
    •    Team Player: Able to work independently and collaborate with the team.
