about the role:

• prep, render, bed, waterproof and tile luxury pools from scratch—no rush jobs, no cutting corners
  
  
  

• work across high-end new builds - residential and commercial
  
  
  

• liaise with builders, project managers and site supervisors to keep things moving and sequencing tight
  
  
  

• interpret plans, levels and layouts like a pro (no second guessing or blaming the laser)
  
  
  

• apply adhesives, grouts and waterproofing systems with zero defects and zero excuses
  
  
  

• finish strong—clean lines, clean site, and ready for handover without a punch list
  
  
  

• manage your tools, gear and time like a tradesman who gives a damn

who’s this for?

• you’re a professional tiler with 5+ years’ experience, ideally in pools or wet areas
  
  
  

• you’ve worked with glass mosaic, stone, porcelain—bonus points for radius cuts and tricky setouts
  
  
  

• you’re not a prima donna, but you’ve got standards and don’t like seeing work done half-arsed
  
  
  

• you turn up on time, ready to go, and actually enjoy seeing a project through start to finish
  
  
  

• you can follow plans, read levels, and solve problems on-site without a babysitter
  
  
  

• you’ve got your own tools (or close to it), a license, a white card, and a decent set of work boots
  
  
  

• you’re physically fit and happy to work outdoors—rain, sun or wind (we’ve all done it)
  
  
  

• you don’t ghost the team, leave sites messy, or blame the grout when your lines are off
  
  
  

• you’ve worked on high-end or custom sites before and know how to present yourself around clients and builders
