The Role:

Bloom Behavioural is looking for a quality Behaviour Support Practitioner to join their Broome based team to develop and deliver evidence-based support plans within a complex support space.

Within this role you will be required to ensure that your NDIS client’s goals are met by using the positive behaviour support framework, making sure that these plans will promote their quality of life.

Within this role, you will have the autonomy to work from home and visit allocated participants as required.

Looking for Core, Proficient and Advanced Practitioners.

Experience:

• Relevant Qualification in an Allied Health background or Behavioural Science.
• Must have NDIS Positive Behaviour Support Registration.
• Demonstrated experience working with complex needs and challenging behaviours. This is necessary.
• Working with Children's card, National police clearance and current driving license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the NDIS Quality and Safeguard Commission.
• Exceptional planning and organising skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Desire to provide client-centred support to people (children, adults) with disabilities who have a range of goals, functional abilities and complex needs.
• Able to work with guidelines and deadlines in a timely manner, and can prioritise accordingly.
• You understand trust and rapport are the cornerstone of building lasting relationships.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
