A global, NASDAQ listed eCommerce platform, with big name customers including Disney, Adidas and Uniqlo (to name a few), are looking for a Post-sales/ Integrations Engineer. In this newly created role for the AU market, you will be integral in working closely with merchants during the onboarding process, to ensure a successful integration of their systems and plug-ins, with this unique eCommerce platform.
What you'll be doing:Working closely with globally recognised eCommerce brands to integrate them on to the platformActing as the go-to person for all things Technical and Platform/ Product integrationsEnsuring integrations successfully meet timelines and spec.Working closely with merchants on any bespoke requirementsQA (Quality Assurance) TestingWorking closely with Solutions, Tech and Customer/ Merchant Success teams
What you'll need to get the job:Strong experience in pre/post-sales engineer type rolesProven success integrating an eCommerce brand/ merchant's tech stack with third-party platformsStrong technical/ coding skills, preferably HTML/ CSS, Javascript, PHP (or) .Net.Top-notch project management skills - ability to deliver integrations on-time and to spec.Excellent stakeholder/ client management skills

THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE AND WILL BE REQUIRED IN THE MELBOURNE OFFICE THREE DAYS PER WEEK.
