We are recruiting on behalf of a growing residential home builder that has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality custom and project homes across Sydney. With a full pipeline of upcoming builds and exciting expansion plans, they are now looking to bring a proactive and detail-oriented Pre-Construction Coordinator into their dynamic team.
This is a key position within the pre-construction team, where you will be responsible for managing the documentation and processes that take a home from tender to site start. You will work closely with internal departments, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless project preparation and compliance.
Role Responsibilities:
Coordinate pre-construction documentation including contracts, variations, and council approvalsLiaise with drafting, estimating, and sales teams to ensure accurate and timely informationTrack and manage key milestones to ensure projects are progressing toward site startCommunicate with clients to provide updates and manage expectationsEnsure compliance with council, developer, and regulatory requirements
About You:
3-5 years experience in a Pre Construction or Customer Service role within residential construction (essential)Strong understanding of pre-construction processes and documentationExcellent communication and coordination skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlinesA collaborative and solutions-focused attitude
