About The Role
This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract position.
Reporting to the Pricing Manager, your role as Pricing Coordinator is to coordinate the efficient and effective processes to ensure our Pricing and Promotional data is accurate across all Electrolux systems.
What You’ll Do
Your everyday work duties can vary considerably, there are some activities that you will usually do, they include:
Supporting Category Analysts to upload approved promotional pricing discounts into the ERP system
Perform compliance checks of actual pricing vs approved pricing
Maintain and own pricing & promotions in the AEG pro-forma portal
Maintain approved pricing register
Maintain approved promotion register
Ensure all discounts are approved & loaded prior to promotion go-live date
Maintain a schedule of approved & upcoming promotions with status update of action items
Maintain company price lists
Process rebate credits and payments
Assist with reconciliation of accrual balances
Assist Sales team and customer on rebate inquiries
Other ad-hoc pricing related tasks as required
Who You Are
The ideal candidate for this role, will ideally have experience working within Pricing Team, or perhaps you are in an Accounts payable or Accounts receivable role and looking for a change.
You have good communication skills and are confident in talking to a variety of internal stakeholders, including the sales team.
Data Analysis and problem solving skills
Excel - Intermediate Level
SAP - Desirable
