About The Role
This Primary Co-Curricular Coordinator helps deliver the Co-Curricular programme for children enrolled in before and after school activities. This role is responsible for providing administrative support, managing communication with staff, students, and parents, and supervising educators and instructors within the Co-Curricular programme.
The Co-Curricular programme allows students from Kindergarten to Year 6 to be involved in activities based around cultural, creative, physical and technological intelligence. Some of the activities are; Lego Robotics, Taekwondo, Swimming, Drama, Orienteering, Chess, Science Club and Movie Making.
About You
You are dedicated, passionate and possess the following:
The ability to work collaboratively with other members of staff.High level of attention to detail and a strong understanding of confidentiality and discretion.Excellent administrative and organisational skills including strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively to meet deadlines, manage conflicting priorities and maintain attention to detail.Aptitude for learning new IT systems such as those used at the school (Synergetic –student database system).Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.Strong administration skills including financial administration (invoicing, ordering, creating charge sheets and raising purchase orders etc.).
