Key Player
 
At Principal level, the opportunity is here for you to move up, not just the office ladder, but to become a key player underpinning the Civil Director where you will eventually take over the reins. I will not bother you with your daily tasks and challenges, however, what stands out would be:

• Join the Senior Management team, contributing to the success of the division and company as a whole!
• Office direction and proposals where you will bring your Business Development skills to the table. Have the ability to look after and nurture existing clients.
• Lead, mentor and supervise the team to increase productivity, manage workload and increase output. 
• Be experienced working and coordinating with architects, landscape architects, contractors, authorities and clients.

Environment
 
With an eclectic mix of staff fitting in the group, this will be an easy transition for you. The modern offices with the top of the range technology will mean that you will not be working on second rate / hand-me-downs.

Requirements
 
Around 15 years local Civil engineering experience, ideally from a recognised consultancy, within the subdivision sector. CPEng / locally registered pref.
