This technical lead role requires expertise in Azure Cloud, DevOps practices, and environment automation to deliver high-quality development, testing, and production environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver, uplift, and maintain high quality and fit for purpose Environment solutions for enterprise level Development, Testing and Production supporting CI/CDDesign and implement self-service, on-demand ephemeral environments with automated provisioning and cost optimizationBuild comprehensive automation solutions for environment management workflowsEnhance environment visibility through comprehensive dashboards and monitoringOptimize environment configurations for reliability and efficiencyDrive continuous improvement in environment management processesQualifications8-10+ years of experience in Azure cloud, environment engineering, or DevOpsStrong background in CI/CD, automation tools, and Agile methodologiesExperience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS)Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skillsProven success in complex environment management and stakeholder engagementAnalytical problem-solving skills with a focus on automated solutions What’s in it for me?As well as a competitive salary, a range of Bupa benefits and flexible working/work from home arrangements, you’ll be challenged and encouraged to innovate.
