Principal Solution Consulting & Value Management

The Role:

The Principal Solution Consulting & Value Management will drive the strategic alignment of business solutions and value creation with Suncorp’s AI transformation and technology initiatives.

This role will focus on understanding contexts through deep business engagement, facilitating consulting through expert personnel, conceiving innovative solutions that generate value for business functions.

The role will also maintain the value inventory of the AI transformation portfolio, tracking investments and benefits.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the CTO & AI ‘front door’ for any new initiatives from across all business and technology stakeholder groups. This includes leveraging capabilities and subject expertise from across CTO & AIT to involve in the ideation phase with stakeholders
• Engage, coordinate and promote OTAI transformation portfolio activity across Suncorp
• Maintain the AI initiatives inventory, understanding, tracking and reporting costs and benefits of the AI portfolio
• Facilitate evaluation of ideas, coordinating solution consulting and onboarding new AI and technology initiatives
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior executives on AI transformation
• Lead and facilitate AI Governance including AI Council and working groups

What you’ll bring:

• Tertiary qualification in Business or equivalent
• Familiarity with business cases and risk management practices
• Proven track record of strategic thinking and analysis to translate business needs to actionable solutions
• Proven track record in managing relationships with multiple stakeholders
