About the role

Are you passionate about delivering first-class service and thrive in a professional services environment? We’re looking for a proactive and friendly Print and Mailroom Assistant to join our team in Sydney. In this varied and hands-on role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our operations and ensuring our clients—both internal and external—receive exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Document handling: Scanning, photocopying, printing, collating, binding, and laminating documents.
  • Mail and couriers: Scheduling and managing courier bookings, sorting and distributing incoming mail, and handling deliveries.
  • Court and client support: Filing documents at court and delivering materials to client premises.
  • Stationery management: Ordering and maintaining office supplies.
  • Facilities assistance: Setting up meeting rooms, preparing workstations for new starters, assisting with A/V equipment.
  • General admin: Supporting with various administrative tasks as directed by your supervisor.

This role has the set hours of 9.00am to 5.30pm, with flexibility required from time to time.

About you

You bring energy, enthusiasm, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service in every task. A quick learner and problem-solver, you’re adaptable and able to prioritise your workload to handle both scheduled and urgent requests.

In addition to this, you will also bring:

  • Experience in a customer service or corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team.
  • A professional approach to communication with clients and colleagues.
  • Physical capability to perform manual handling tasks such as lifting and moving boxes.
