The Role

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Print Operator to join our in-house production team. You’ll be responsible for operating large format printing and finishing equipment to produce high-quality banner mesh and safety signage.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, suited to someone who values precision, works well in a team, and takes ownership of their work.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain equipment including HP Latex R2000 Plus Printer, HP Latex 2700w Printer and Prestige XL3 DTF Printer

• Manage print jobs from setup to finishing

• Perform regular cleaning, maintenance, and calibration of machines

• Follow production schedules and meet daily targets

• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in large format or digital print production

• Confident using printers, laminators, cutters, or similar machinery

• Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Illustrator or similar) for file setup and print preparation

• High attention to detail – you care about the quality of your work

• A reliable team player with a strong work ethic
