With an outstanding track returning capital to investors with market leading returns, we are now seeking a talented Investor Services Manager to manage the client service, marketing and distribution support functions. The role brings the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the business while gaining direct exposure to significant transactions within the Australian/New Zealand lower-mid market segment. ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Investor Services Manager will be responsible for communications with investors and coordination of investor materials and other key stakeholders. The key responsibilities will include; Responding to client queries, questions and requests for information Coordinating marketing campaigns Managing client communications process, including EDMs, fund documentation Coordination of quarterly fund reports Working with key service providers including registry and external trustee Setting up regular investor events and webinars Managing the book build process for fund raises Maintaining the CRM with current and relevant information Contributing to RFP documents and maintaining other due diligence documentation Assisting with a range of other activities, as required by the business QualificationsIdeally you will come from a funds management, wealth management or financial services background. You will enjoy solving problems and engaging with clients in a helpful way. We are looking for someone who has the following attributes. 2+ years’ experience in an admin and/or support role ideally gained in marketing, business development or client services Well organised, proactive and self-motivated A level of maturity to work autonomously within a defined framework A track record of delivering exceptional customer support Candidates with familiarity with CRM, EDM and registry systems will be highly regarded. As a member of the Fortitude team, you will be directly involved in all aspects of the business, including investment committee meetings. This role provides the opportunity to have meaningful impact while working across multiple functions. This is a full-time office-based role based in Brisbane, however, Fortitude is pleased to offer the flexibility to work from home part time.
