YOUR NEXT ROLE

Due to internal movements within our business Hyne are offering exciting opportunities to grow, develop and learn as a Process Operator at our Glulam Automated Plant. In this role you will be supported with training on the operation of various parts of our business and will be shown our processes and procedures to create a high-quality timber product.

Your skills are cross functional, and you are multi skilled.
Our internal customers’ needs are met each and every time.
Improve the functionality and performance of the manufacturing facility, within your limits.
Troubleshoot any problems with the facility’s equipment and instruments to maintain safe operation.
Use technology within the operational area to its optimum potential to achieve production levels that meet and exceed business requirements.
SHIFTS: Monday to Thursday, alternating weekly

WEEK 1: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM
WEEK 2: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
ABOUT YOU

Demonstrated experience in service delivery, planning and customer relations, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Ability to work as part of a team is essential and to work autonomously when required.
Mechanically minded with good problem-solving skills and technical aptitude is required.
Experience in manufacturing would be advantageous
