Our client Jasol has engaged Evolve Scientific (NES Fircroft) to source an experienced Process Project Engineer for their south-east Melbourne site.

About the role

Based in Braeside, this role reports to the Innovation and Technology Director, and will be responsible to assist the innovation team with the day-to-day technical issues and customer NCR of the current product range.
 This includes, but is not limited to:

• Assisting the innovation team with NPD projects, perform QC laboratory testing, new product trails
• Provide engineering and project management support to NPD projects to deliver key projects on time with an emphasis on offering innovative solutions
• Maintain safety data  sheet database
• Collect and mail sample for testing. Maintain standards for testing and validation
• Develop, maintain and improve the systems that support internal operations

Skills & experience:
To be successful for this role, you will possess the following:
 

• Masters of Chemical Engineering or a related discipline is highly regarded
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a technical role
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to mix professionally and build effective relationships at all levels
• Stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
