What the role looks like
In this newly created role, you will be reporting to the General Manager Finance and be a key contributor in the following areas:
- Lead procurement planning and contract management to support business objectives and informed sourcing decisions
- Provide expert advice and guidance on procurement practices across the organisation
- Support the preparation and/review tender, contractual, procurement strategy and purchasing documents related to any procurement activities.
- Support procurement governance through policy compliance, reporting, and risk mitigation
- Champion best practice by delivering training and building procurement capability across the business
Who Are We Looking For? We’re on the lookout for passionate individuals who embody our values. If you have the following, we want to hear from you:
- Strong experience in procurement and contract management, ideally within financial services or superannuation
- Proven ability to apply legal, policy, and organisational guidelines in procurement activities
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence procurement decisions
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
- A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset, and the confidence to lead procurement conversations across all levels of the business
- A proactive approach to identifying risks and opportunities, with a commitment to delivering results
