What the role looks like
In this newly created role, you will be reporting to the General Manager Finance and be a key contributor in the following areas:

  • Lead procurement planning and contract management to support business objectives and informed sourcing decisions
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on procurement practices across the organisation
  • Support the preparation and/review tender, contractual, procurement strategy and purchasing documents related to any procurement activities.
  • Support procurement governance through policy compliance, reporting, and risk mitigation
  • Champion best practice by delivering training and building procurement capability across the business
Who Are We Looking For?

  • Strong experience in procurement and contract management, ideally within financial services or superannuation
  • Proven ability to apply legal, policy, and organisational guidelines in procurement activities
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence procurement decisions
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
  • A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset, and the confidence to lead procurement conversations across all levels of the business
  • A proactive approach to identifying risks and opportunities, with a commitment to delivering results
