Product and Technical Specialist

Job Responsibilities:Market Analysis:Monitor and analyze the macroeconomic environment of the Australian market (PESTLE), including political, economic, social, and technological factors.Collect and evaluate data on the automotive market in Australia, such as market size, competitive landscape, consumer demand, and emerging trends.Prepare comprehensive market research reports to provide data-driven insights to support company decision-making.Product Planning:Develop a 3-year product planning strategy for the Australian market, taking into account market competition, demand, and consumer needs, aligned with CHANGAN’s product roadmap.Product Certification:Conduct research and track relevant automotive laws, regulations, and policies, and develop corresponding response strategies.Oversee product certification processes and ensure compliance with certifications, such as MCMC certification and VTA type approval. Qualifications:Strong proficiency in market analysis and product planning.Skilled in using office tools; experience with Tableau is preferred.Proven experience in product planning for the Australian market is required.A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in product planning or related fields.Fluency in Chinese is preferred.A degree in Vehicle Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or Project Management is advantageous.
