Description: About the Role
Based in Brisbane, you’ll be driving product innovation, optimising lifecycle strategies, and championing collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, etc.
You’ll anticipate business needs, navigate complex challenges, and strengthen our competitive advantage.
In this role, you will: Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management and identify new global product opportunities Optimise pricing models aligned with market trends, customer behaviour, and strategy Collaborate pre-release with Sales and Marketing to maximise go-to-market success and manage a broad stakeholder landscape (including SLT, ELT, customers, and vendors) Drive global product integrations and maintain brand competitiveness across key markets Drive resolution of complex quality issues and lead continuous improvement initiatives Mentor team members and embed best practices into everyday operations
Skills and Experiences: About You
You’re a seasoned Product Manager ready to take your impact to the next level. You combine technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a customer-first mindset.
You might be our perfect match if you: Have proven success in product development, lifecycle management, and market expansion, ideally within the automotive and/or aftermarket industry Understand the technical foundations of automotive suspension systems and can translate complex specifications into customer and commercial value Are highly organised, data-driven, and experienced with pricing, financial modelling, and market analysis Excel at proactive problem-solving and managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders Are a confident communicator who can influence, negotiate, and build strong cross-functional relationships Bring a passion for 4WD and Off-Road culture – and a drive to innovate within it
