Product Specialist - Pacific Region

Maschio Gaspardo Spa is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Specialist to support and grow our agricultural implements business across the Pacific Region (Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Papua New Guinea, and New Caledonia). The role will also involve providing support in other APAC markets as needed. The Product Specialist will play a key role in driving marketing activities, including product demonstrations, installations, customer and dealer staff training, and commercial engagement to expand product positioning and coverage in the region. This position requires a strong blend of technical expertise and commercial acumen to support business growth.This is a remote role with travel requirements (50% to 70%) when required across the assigned region. Key Responsibilities: Conduct product demonstrations, installations, and field tests with customers, dealers, and distributors.Deliver technical training to dealer staff and end-users on product features, benefits, and best practices.Assist in product positioning and ensure the right product mix for various market needs.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective promotional strategies.Act as the key technical liaison between Maschio Gaspardo and dealers/customers.Provide market feedback to the product development team to drive innovation and improvements.Support the sales team with pre-sales and after-sales technical expertise.Attend agriculture trade shows, field days, and dealer events to represent Maschio Gaspardo.Ensure compliance with regional regulations and standards for agricultural implements. Requirements: 2 to 3 years of experience as a Product Specialist in farm machinery, specifically in agricultural implements.Background in farm machinery manufacturing, distribution, dealerships, or farm contracting.Strong understanding of tillage, seeding, planting, and fertilization equipment.Experience in customer training, product demonstrations, and technical installations.Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects across various locations.Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.Ability to travel extensively within the Pacific Region and occasionally to other APAC markets.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
