McLean Farms is a diversified family-owned agri-business based in Pittsworth, 30 minutes Southwest of Toowoomba. Specialising in livestock and food production, the business is involved with a broad range of agricultural enterprises such as grain, compost and feed mill operations.

Daily duties include, but are not limited to:

• Perform pre-operative checks, and ensure equipment is set up to ensure production timelines run to schedule.
• Grade Eggs inline with the procedures in place.
• Replenishment of packaging.
• Prepare, label or stack finished boxes.
• Following all work instructions.
• Following all food safety regulations and SOP’s.
• Assist in other areas of the Grading Facility when required.

What You’ll Bring:

• Previous experience with production work in the food industry preferred.
• A technical and problem-solving attitude towards food manufacturing is desired.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong work ethic.
• Ability to work within a team.
• Flexible in a shift work environment.
• Follow all safe work practices in line with company policies and procedures.
