�� About the Role:
As a Production Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of the action, ensuring VFX projects run smoothly and on schedule. You’ll collaborate with artists, supervisors, and production teams to keep everything on track!
�� Key Responsibilities
Schedule, track, and manage VFX production workflows ��️
Coordinate shot deliveries, dailies, and artist assignments ��️
Maintain ShotGrid databases to keep everything organised ��
Allocate resources and support production planning ��️
Work closely with the team to meet deadlines and milestones
Problem-solve and communicate effectively across departments ��
�� About You
�� 2–3+ years of experience in VFX production coordination
�� Strong knowledge of ShotGrid and other tracking tools ��️
�� Experience in scheduling, resourcing, and tracking progress ��️
�� Excellent communication & organisational skills ��️
�� Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing priorities ��
�� Must be based in Sydney and have full work rights in Australia ����
