Production Workers

Workfast is looking for Experienced Powder coaters / Production Assistants to join our team in a niche aluminium building supply manufacturing facility in Minto NSW. 

• $31.25 per hour + Super and OT!
• 9:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday
• Ongoing work 

About you

Candidates must have 2+ years experience as a Factory Hand or Production Assistant or Machine Operator. Candidates must also be reliable, hardworking and physically fit. Attention to detail, effective communication and the ability to be on one's feet all day is essential to success in this role.
This job is a casual full time position with the view of permanency for the right candidate after 6 months of employment.

What you need

• 1+ years Powder coating experience
• Machine operating experience beneficial
• Physically fit - MUST lifting up to 30kg
• Very strong attention to detail
• Happy to be on your feet all day
• Looking for long term work
• Own transport/ability to get to work

What you will be doing

• Working in a aluminium building supply manufacturing team
• Working across different lines in the factory, whilst maintaining a commitment to producing high quality product;
• Handle product in line with approved manual handling techniques and requirements, including some heavy lifting requirements;
• Demonstrate and uphold a commitment to safe work practices and comply with all site requirements regarding mandatory PPE, sign in or other processes and procedures
• Factory labouring and other duties where required
• Manual handling and lifting up to 30kg
• Any duties assigned by the foreman/site manager or team leader
