About the role As our Program Administrator - FSP, you’ll provide high-level administrative support to the FSP team, ensuring smooth program operations and registrar support. Reporting to the Team Lead - FSP, you’ll manage correspondence, schedule assessments, track registrar progress and maintain accurate program data. Working closely with the Program Officer - FSP, Medical Educators, and operations teams, the role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, customer service, and enquiry triage skills.
As our Program Administrator - FSP you’ll also:
- provide administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling assessments, and maintaining records.
- assist program registrars by responding to enquiries and guiding them through administrative processes.
- track registrar progress and ensure accurate data management in collaboration with internal teams.
- coordinate meetings, prepare documents, and support the team with general administrative tasks.

Skills & Experience - Strong organisational and time management skills.
