Join JAG as our Program & Propositions Manager and shape the future of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC)! You’ll design engaging, high-quality and innovative products that spark curiosity in primary-aged children, support families, and strengthen school communities across Australia, Ireland, the UK, and NZ.

💡 Your Mission:

  • Develop unforgettable OSHC experiences, events, and programs that keep kids coming back.
  • Drive innovation and commercial success by boosting attendance and engagement.
  • Ensure every program is fun, high-quality, and meets customer needs year-round.

🎯 What you’ll do:

  • Dream up and deliver innovative programs that keep kids engaged, excited and coming back for more.
  • Develop and execute program roadmaps that drive growth and fun.
  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, and finance to bring bold ideas to life.
  • Use data and feedback to level up our programs and experiences.
  • Ensure national program alignment with special events (incursions) and excursions.
  • Build risk-proof, safe, and unforgettable experiences.
  • Find smart ways to grow and save costs while keeping quality top-notch.
  • Evaluate and evolve our awesome Holiday HQ product every quarter to ensure it's high-quality, profitable, and aligned with JAG’s strategy.
  • Continually evolve products for maximum fun, engagement, and impact!

🎓 What You’ll Bring:

We’ll support you in getting to know our world, but here’s what will set you up for success:

  • 2 + years experience in product or program development, within product as a physical service (non-digital).
  • A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to getting things done.
  • A passion for creating unforgettable experiences that engage and inspire kids.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Sharp analytical skills to interpret data and market trends for smart decision-making.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines like a pro.
