Your next career opportunity As the Program Officer, Career Mentoring at the University of Melbourne, you'll be at the forefront of enhancing students' career prospects and employability. You'll have the opportunity to promote, coordinate and deliver innovative mentoring programs, develop digital solutions, and foster crucial connections between students, alumni, and industry. Your role will directly impact students' professional development and Career readiness, making this a key position for those passionate about career education and student success in higher education. Your responsibilities will include: Coordinate Mentoring Programs: Support and develop programs that link alumni to students for career exploration and professional networking.Manage Digital Platforms: Develop expertise in the Chronus mentoring platform, overseeing configuration and user support.Build Strategic Relationships: Foster strong connections with stakeholders across Student Success, Faculties, Advancement, and alumni networks.Drive Program Innovation: Use data insights to contribute to the development of new initiatives and continuous improvement of existing programs. You may be a great fit if: You bring program management experience in a tertiary setting, using strong analytical skills to support student success. You will have excellent communication and presentation abilities will that help deliver impactful student support initiatives and engage diverse stakeholders effectively. You may also: Have a Bachelor's degree and/or extensive relevant experience in career mentoring or employability initiatives for tertiary students.Demonstrate strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.Show competency in using online platforms and managing CRM systems.Have experience in student programming within an employability context.
