Programs Implementation Manager
Docklands, VIC.
Salary: $70,000 plus Superannuation
We offer Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) across Australia. We are seeking a proactive and motivated individual to join our Programs Implementation Team as part of our Human Resources Team. Interview and hire Educators for our Before and After School Care and Vacation Care programs. The team will create and manage Educator rosters and staff ratios across 110 childcare services in total, as well as manage Educator absences and holidays. You do not need childcare experience for this role. We provide full training!

Reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager, the Programs Implementation Manager will play a pivotal role in the efficient operation of our childcare services, and ensure educators are trained and work-ready on their first day. They will work alongside three existing Talent Acquisition Coordinators and eight Programs Engagement Managers.

We have many childcare services and hundreds of Educators who can work across multiple locations. Sometimes we have Educators who go on holidays to another state and would love to pick up shifts while they are away. If you are a people person, can communicate clearly, have an analytical mind, and have good critical thinking skills, this is the job for you!
