Project, Accounts & Sales Support

• Permanent full-time position, WFH 2 days per week;
• Heatherton location with free parking; and

Are you looking to grow and expand your sales support and project career?

Working for a large-scale distributor and within an amazing team, this role is responsible for tracking everything coming in, and everything going out!

• Build relationships with vendors, project managers, suppliers and internal teams;
• Data entry and coding of invoices;
• Monitor expenses and tracking to budget;
• Prepare budgets for the wider business;
• Monitor and report on the financial progress of projects;
• Investigate and solve variances;
• Assist with vendor queries;
• Assist with compliance of project financial and administrative processes; and
• Become a key player in the evolution of new initiatives to support project teams.

To be considered for this position, we are seeking:

• Someone bubbly! You will love building relationships, helping others and problem solving;
• Proven experience with invoicing, whether that be coding or processing;
• Passion for working with figures – tracking budgets and reconciling;
• The understanding of the life cycle of a project; and
• An awesome attitude and someone who likes to have a laugh just as much as put their head down and do data entry.
