Tasks & Responsibilities

We are currently seeking an experienced Contract & Project Administrator to join us on a full-time basis.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Tasks Include:

·         Entering orders, quotes and sales into our Business Central platform

·         Responding to customer enquires via email, phone and in-person

·         Assisting Finance and Management with reporting

·         Checking material levels and ordering materials for quoted jobs as required

·         Maintaining up-to-date information and data regarding orders, quotes and sales

·         Monitoring and reviewing key data and metrics relating to orders, quotes and sales

·         Advising Production of any changes or variations to work orders

·         Working collaboratively with all Departments within the business to meet objectives

Qualifications:

  • Ideally 3-5 years of relevant experience

  • Business Diploma or Formal Recognition of Prior Learning

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Word, Excel & Dynamics Suite
