Coordinate project activities across planning, design, and construction phases
Assist Project Managers with scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning
Maintain and manage all project documentation including contracts, approvals, and reports
Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, and council authorities
Support procurement and delivery of construction materials
Organise and record outcomes from team meetings and site inspections
Monitor project milestones and flag delays or issues proactively
Assist with WHS documentation and ensure compliance with safety protocols
Track project expenditures, process supplier invoices, and assist in financial reconciliation
Provide regular updates and communication to internal teams and external clients
Bachelor Degree or higher in Project Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a project administration or coordination role in construction or property development
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational ability
Familiarity with construction timelines, procurement, and WHS standards
Strong computer skills (MS Office, project scheduling software like MS Project or Builder trend)
Ability to build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
