PROJECT ARCHITECT

This multi award-winning studio has established themselves as a top tier firm due to their impressive designs which have captured the eye of many Australians.

As a result of a growing number of projects in their pipeline, they are keen to appoint a motivated Project Architect with 5-10 years postgraduate experience.

Being such an advanced design firm, you'll need to ensure you can confidently hit the ground running and lead others by example on a range of mult res, mixed use, apartment and commercial projects which can span 40 to 1,500 dwellings per site.

You'll be responsible for a given project and will oversee all areas of design and documentation. Identifying problems and producing solutions from inception through to completion will form a key component of the role.

Depending on the depth of your experience, this could also include leading a team of skilled Designers, Architects, Documentors or Graduates, in addition to client liaison and consultant management.

Skills & Experience Required

• 5-10 years’ of postgraduate experience
• Registered Architect in Australia (Victoria preferred)
• Multi-residential, mixed use and apartment sector experience
• Strong Revit proficiency - hands on and technically focused
• Systematic approach to Design Development, Documentation and Detailing complete architectural packages
• Previous leadership of projects $50M+
• All-round experience from concepts through to construction stages
• Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Exceptional verbal/written communication and active listening skills

You will report to iconic Directors and be responsible for running projects of all scope from design development stages through to completion. A motivated and ambitious Project Architect with strong coordination and organisation skills, technical knowledge and hands-on Revit capabilities.

Salary expectations $90,000 - $120,000 plus Superannuation, in accordance with market conditions and negotiable based on the depth of your experience.
