Job Description How will I help? Global Investment Services (GIS) is a unique service offered exclusively to high-net-worth clients seeking listed and unlisted investment opportunities in Australian and offshore markets. GIS is undertaking a period of transformation to significantly scale the business and better meet the needs of its customers. The Project Coordinator will play a crucial support role in the oversight and delivery of this exciting transformation program. You will work closely with the program and business teams to ensure the smooth execution of the project. As part of the role, you will be responsible for:  Coordinating with other teams and departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration Tracking and maintaining project timelines, milestones, and deliverables Preparing, coordinating and organising documentation, including project reports, presentations, and status updates Assisting with the coordination and scheduling of project meetings and workshops Supporting the identification and escalation of project risks and issues, ensuring they are communicated to the right stakeholders Maintaining and updating project management tools and documents (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint) to ensure accurate project tracking Assisting with financial administration tasks, including tracking project costs and expenses and ensuring that financial records align with approved budgets. Communicating with team members to ensure that resources and information is available when needed Supporting the coordination of stakeholder engagement activities and maintaining stakeholder communication records Assisting in the implementation and adherence to project governance standards and best practices Helping to maintain and organise project logs, status reports, and deliverable tracking to ensure that the project stays on course What’s in it for me?  You’ll play a significant part of the future of a business that has been around for 200 years. We are looking for a confident Project Coordinator who is organised, proactive, and able to assist with the day-to-day logistics and administrative tasks of a project. Our ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be detail-oriented, and have strong communication skills to support the delivery of high-impact projects. We’d love to hear from candidates with: Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project) and the ability to quickly learn new systems Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure accurate documentation and tracking. A keen interest in project management and a desire to develop your career in the field. Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies is a plus but not required Experience with financial services, technology, or large-scale transformation projects is preferred Experience with wealth management, platforms, or investments is a plus but not required What is it like to work there?
