Responsibilities Downer Rail & Transit Systems (RTS) is a leading provider of Rail and Transport asset management services across Australia. We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented Project Graduate to join our vibrant team in Brisbane/ or Maryborough QLD. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate with a passion for business strategy, market and data analysis. As a project graduate, you will be an integral part of our dynamic project - QTMP, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to various facets of the business. Reporting to the Project Performance Manager, this position will be a key member of the joint -venture project controls establishing project reporting and health check support for functional and senior management use. As a Graduate, you will also be part of our 18- months fast track Graduate Program, with rotations to help you learn and find your niche. Our graduate program will provide you induction, onboarding and a mentor and buddy support to guide you throughout the program. Your Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To Manage and own the project reporting suite and work with the system owners where required (e.g. JDEGS, Kronos, RDrive, and PowerBI)Own and manage the project reporting dashboards for all project reporting and performance managementAnalyse and identify project performance risks and areas of improvement, and suggest improvements on reporting suiteSupport Data Digitisation Officer to administer Operation performance management system for reporting outputs and improvementsContribute to the development and improvement of internal processes to enhance overall efficiency Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management / Business systems- highly preferredBachelor’s Degree in Business, Business Administration or CommerceKnowledge or experience in financial management or accountingKnowledge or experience in modelling and data analysisStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProactive and results orientated mindset What We Offer Highly supportive and inclusive work environment Graduate forums and engagementExposure to a fast- paced and dynamic work environmentRegular Graduate progress meetings and attendance to industry events Downer is an equal opportunity employer and encourages candidates from all backgrounds to apply.
