Design and Build are working with a client who are on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager to join their team to work on industrial & retail projects across Sydney. The ideal candidate will have experience working on D&C commercial projects valued up to $10m
As the Project Manager you will be responsible for:
- Project Planning, scheduling, cost control and budgeting
- Writing of construction program and hands-on project management delivery of work
- Provide good technical knowledge and commercial awareness to the client
- High-level planning, teamwork, communication and negotiating skills
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site
- Playing a lead role in an ambitious company that has sustained growth through their years in Commercial Fitout.
To be considered for the position of Project Manager you will require: - Minimum 3-4 years' experience in Project Management on Commercial projects as a principal contractor
- Tertiary qualification in Construction is highly regarded.
- Previously worked on D&C commercial fitout projects.
- Experience running projects up to $1-$10m in value.
