They are looking for an experienced solid customer facing Project Manager to work with mission-critical customers ensuring they receive premium-level service. About the role - Our client is looking for progressive, client focused Project Manager responsible for managing end to end planning and delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will drive a high performance culture into all the resources and be responsible for the overall delivery. The role also involves interacting with 3rd party suppliers with a focus on the agreement, planning and quality. Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a customer champion. Establishes customer needs, uses operational and technical expertise to deliver brilliant experiences by resolving customer issues and delivery quality and timelinessUnderstanding the customer business context and the impacts the project has on successful business outcomesAccountable for leading the end to end planning and delivery of projects that are medium sized and represent significant benefit and/or risk to our customers throughout the lifecycleBuilding and maintaining strong and proactive customer service relationships across 'owned' contracts for project deliverySupport and mentoring to Project Management Professionals assigned to the project to upskill knowledge and experienceManage escalations and work allocation, coordinate and manage work packages of Project Management Professionals Skills & ExperienceSolid years of project management experience within networking/ infrastructure projects is a must. Relevant Project / Programme Management Certification - Prince2, APMP, ITIL qualification, Risk Management Qualification or 6 SigmaShould have prior experience working with global enterprise customers and clients managing end to end project deliverySignificant experience of leading and delivering complex projects, requiring management of varying timeframesHigh degree of business, customer management and commercial acumenUnderstanding and experience of ITIL FunctionsExperience in delivering Cisco ISE and Cisco Networking projects/infra projects Experience with Cloud, AWS and Azure projects Solid stakeholder management skills with ability to connect with stakeholders and be seen as a Collaborative Partner, Solution Focused Achiever, Customer Champion and a Team Coach Strong written and verbal communication If you are interested, click on the APPLY NOW button and send through an updated copy of your CV immediately.
