Project Manager

Job Description We seek a Project Manager with extensive experience in the Energy or Mining industry. This role provides a unique opportunity to work with multidisciplinary teams across various projects within Australia's leading minerals and metals-producing companies. The role is based in Perth and requires frequent travel to different customer locations across Australia. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional project management skills, a deep understanding of the mining industry, and the ability to collaborate effectively with onshore and offshore diverse teams. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE - Essential Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/Structural/electrical engineering or another relevant discipline.15+ years of experience in cross-functional leadership roles in a plant operations/ Projects environment.Coordinate, organize, and plan community industrial relations awareness.Commercial awareness.Experience in managing multi-discipline projects (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Control & Automation)Experience in leadership, management, and administrative processes.Experience in engineering, procurement, construction, and other project-related activities, interfaces, and interdependencies.Broad knowledge of Mining industry standards.Relationship building with customer, onsite team & offshore teamStrong customer/client focus.Well-developed written and oral communication/negotiation skills.Ability to build teams and function well in a team environment. Desirable experience: Working knowledge of the Mining industry with design & site experienceBusiness development experienceWorking with Australian mining Companies will be beneficial
