About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of multiple ICT business projects through development, testing, review, and deployment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a complex environment and has a strong track record of delivering high-impact projects within the Federal Government.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple ICT projects concurrently
• Lead cross-functional business and technical delivery teams
• Deliver projects through the full project lifecycle
• Develop and maintain key project documentation
• Manage project governance, reporting, risks, issues, changes, and dependencies
• Coordinate teams and report on progress to stakeholders
• Oversee budgets related to project delivery

Technical Skills & Tools

• Experience with DevOps practices
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and MS Project

About the Project
You will be contributing to the redevelopment of a major web-based portal used to manage and track applications for building works on federally leased sites. The project addresses recent regulatory changes, system improvements, and end-of-life software. The redesigned portal will improve user access and is scheduled for launch in mid-2026.

About You
You are a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager with:

• 5+ years' experience in managing complex IT projects end-to-end within the Federal Government
• Strong problem-solving and issue management skills
• Demonstrated leadership, with the ability to guide teams and ensure timely delivery
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience delivering projects using Hybrid Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• (Desirable) Formal qualifications in Project Management (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM)
