Essential / Desired Requirements:

• ESSENTIAL > Successful commercial building industry experience
• DESIRED > Minimum of 5+ years’ construction experience 
• DESIRED > Degree qualified 

The Company/Client: Commercial construction new build and fit out company with a reputable reputation on the Western Australian Market. 

The Role: 

• Manage & oversee Peth construction projects. 
• Recommend & implement improvement initiatives ensuring safety standards are of the highest level.
• Manage all client contract requirements while maintaining quality relationships built on professionalism & trust. 
• Drive team productivity & accountability in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide advice & mentorship to the team around you. 
• Multitasking & problem-solving are critical requirements for this position.
