We are -creating a pool of Talented people for opportunities across the Housing and Homelessness Division, for the following roles: Project Manager – Construction Level 6 You will be responsible for the delivery of multiple medium complexity projects, managing a small team and reporting and forecasting the projected cashflows and milestones for those projects. Some of your main duties will include: Delivering medium risk projects including engagement and management of consultants and contractors, risk and time planning, fee negotiation, budget monitoring, and contractor payment approvals.

Understanding and using performance and governance frameworks and providing input into the design of such tools to ensure effective implementation of projects. Providing support to builders, developers and consultants in the preparation of proposals for new housing projects. Senior Project Officer – Construction Level 5

You will be responsible for the delivery of multiple low to medium complexity projects and reporting and forecasting the projected cashflows and milestones for those projects. Some of your main duties will include: Undertaking (either individually or as project lead) reasonably simple project/s, and/or supporting components of larger more significant projects, to investigate issues and/or develop and implement initiatives. Maintaining key project documentation and managing document and version control for allocated projects including schedules, plans, registers, change requests, project status reports and financial tracking.

Consolidating information for reports to management and stakeholders, including milestone summary, key issues, risks, benefits and project budget.
