We are a high-quality fitout company known for delivering exceptional results across Australia. With a strong focus on craftsmanship and customer satisfaction, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and driven Project Manager to oversee projects from start to finish.

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for coordinating, problem-solving, and ensuring smooth project execution. You’ll oversee multiple projects, working closely with clients, trades, and internal teams to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management – Plan, organize, and run multiple fitout projects across Australia.
 Problem-Solving – Proactively address challenges to keep projects on track.
 Client & Stakeholder Communication – Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
 Organizational Excellence – Manage schedules, resources, and budgets effectively.
 Travel Flexibility – While mostly office-based, some national travel is required for project oversight.

What We’re Looking For:

• Several years’ experience in Project Coordination or Project Management within fitouts or construction.

• Strong people smarts – excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• High attention to detail – ability to manage multiple projects with precision.

• Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
