The Project

Over the next year, the Project Manager will oversee a 4-storey luxury commercial project just outside the city.

The Opportunity

This opportunity would work for a Project Manager who would have been in the construction industry in a project management capacity for at least 5 years, preferably over 10 years, starting as a Contract Administrator or Project Coordinator in their formative years. 

The Reasoning

You would feel that your current employer isn’t fully utilising your talents and skills as a Project Manager, or that you don’t feel the long-term progression can be anything more than it currently is, other than a new project in the future.
